I lose some weight? - vertigo to lose belly fat
OK, I'm thirteen years old soon, I Wil be freshmen. I have to go to the doctor because it is a meeting place for anaestisia. So, I weighed and weighed 118 !!!!!! I am 5 '3 "I know it does not seem much, but a lot to me, I know why I'm over the whole summer in my back because I dizzy and I'm afraid that if I do something that sick will be done. I also eat garbage foo. Oh, and during the school year, I am taking medication for ADHD and it does not make me hungry, so I always have risen by 95 pounds, but since the summer, a lot of weight . Most of the weight went to my stomach. So look pregnant !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!! Uggghhhhhhhhh its really frighten me! "But the thing is that I want tor up to 105 pounds. before school starts. But the problem is that I can or I will exercise Attck big fraud. If anyone could recommend a good diet? And I know what to say, most people anorexic ARE YOU? OK, I'm not bad!

Girls, if you do not exercise can eat junk food too. Your weight sounds good. But maybe you want to be thinner. Okay. Try to eat carrots and sliced fruit, if you want a snack. Avoid fried foods, fast food, sweets, soft drinks, etc. I know it's hard, but we need if we want to achieve what you want. Sweets, biscuits, soft drinks bad for you. At any age .. they are bad.

I'm like 5'4''y I weigh 118 ... No dont listen to people who like omg you are not so fat! Which is the ideal weight! i kno problems. I'm losing weight I would also like b4 school in the province. because I can not do anything, really active, you should not feed the Sacred Heart ... It is a diet that will make the patient .. b4 sergery heart and was completely safe and healthy. If one of up to 7 days, you will lose 7 to 10 pounds .. It's a bit hard .. but not bad just go to Google and types in the diet of the Sacred Heart, go! I hope that helped and good luck! =]

ReplyDeleteI'm the same height that you and I weigh about ... 10 pounds more than you. Now I'm the only one to lose ... But if you really exist. Go running every day for about 30 minutes! Help! Eat less junk food ... and when I say that I mean less than a taste for junk food. And eat by eating more fruit Try your favorite fruit, but fruit. Eat more vegetables.

Will not stick thin.
Is likely to lose weight again, if you are taking medication for ADHD.
